Ingredients
2 bowl wheat flour 1 bowl methi leaves 2 green chillies 2tsp yogurt small piece of ginger salt as per taste pinch haldi powder oil
Cooking Instructions
-Cut methi leaves in small pieces. -make paste of chillies and ginger after washing chillies and ginger. -Add water in wheat flour to make loose form, add salt methi leaves, paste ginger and chillies, yogurt,haldi powder, pinch of red chilli if u want. -Mix well, after mix leave it the form for half and hour, it should not be thick. -Take falte tava, clean properly, apply oil, take big spoon form our mixing and make same way as you make dosha OR another checla or pudla.
